Payment Terms and Cancellations apply exclusively to the subpage and business activities of Trauth Research LLC, located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. All services are intended solely for business clients (B2B). Contracts with private individuals (B2C) are expressly excluded.
All projects require a deposit of at least 25% upon order confirmation. Full payment must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations are free of charge only if submitted in writing at least four (4) weeks prior to the confirmed delivery date.
For cancellations within two (2) to four (4) weeks before delivery, 50% of the paid deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than two (2) weeks before delivery will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
In all cases, a non-refundable service fee of 25% of the deposit applies, even if legal disputes arise. This service fee is not subject to refund, regardless of the outcome of any legal proceedings.
Prohibited Use and Liquidated Damages
Any unauthorized replication, reverse engineering, decryption, or unauthorized use of systems provided by Trauth Research LLC – especially in GPU clusters, data centers, military contexts, or third-party research projects – constitutes a severe and deliberate violation of contract.
In such cases, the violating party agrees to pay liquidated damages of USD 5,000,000,000* (ten billion US dollars).
This amount reflects the projected financial harm resulting from illicit replication in global hardware supply chains, especially in scenarios involving mass GPU integration or resale of the underlying logic.
In aggravated cases – including resale to semiconductor manufacturers or national-scale AI infrastructure deployment – this penalty increases to USD 10,000,000,000*.
These amounts are not negotiable and are enforceable independently of proof of specific losses.
Further legal action (e.g., injunctions, criminal prosecution, or claims for additional damages) remains reserved.
These Terms form part of the binding usage conditions for all access, downloads, and interactions with components delivered or demonstrated by Trauth Research LLC.
By accessing the system or requesting a live preview, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this condition.
*Based on the current state and the presently installed Ada Lovelace and Blackwell architectures, the potential annual profit amounts to approximately USD 841 million.
The estimated USD 5 billion (for corporate clients) and USD 10 billion (for governmental actors) are derived from a conservative projection over a ten-year period and thus reflect both the realistically lost profit and the strategic market value of the technology. These figures are therefore economically justifiable and legally defensible in the event of a dispute.
What sets T-Zero mini apart from other solutions?
T-Zero mini is the first and only software to leverage a physically validated resonance field, verifiably reducing the energy consumption of modern GPUs by up to half – without hardware modification, without voiding warranties, and without operational risk.
How are energy savings verified?
All savings are comprehensively documented via our telemetry system and cross-checked with your monitoring data (e.g., nvidia-smi, energy metering). Billing is based solely on the actually achieved and measured kWh reduction.
What happens if the guaranteed savings are not achieved?
Billing is prorated according to the actual savings achieved. If the minimum threshold of 40% is not reached, the license fee is either proportionally reduced or fully waived.
How is implementation carried out?
Upon contract completion, software delivery and installation are provided remotely or onsite. You receive comprehensive documentation, and our support team oversees the integration process.
Which hardware is supported?
All NVIDIA GPUs of the Ada Lovelace and Blackwell generations in data center operation are supported. Support for other architectures may be considered upon request.
How is the pricing structured?
License fees are invoiced net (excluding VAT). Where VAT is applicable in the customer’s jurisdiction, the relevant legal framework applies (e.g., reverse-charge for EU customers).
Is there a public test version or demo?
T-Zero mini is a proprietary, exclusive product. No public test version is available. Individual evaluations and pilot projects are offered only as part of contractually regulated partnerships and subject to prior review and NDA.
A Linux version can be provided for projects with a minimum of 10,000 GPUs upon request. The core neural network is platform-independent and porting can be completed within weeks.
