Prohibited Use and Liquidated Damages
Any unauthorized replication, reverse engineering, decryption, or unauthorized use of systems provided by Trauth Research LLC — especially in GPU clusters, data centers, military contexts, or third-party research projects — constitutes a severe and deliberate violation of contract.
In such cases, the violating party agrees to pay liquidated damages of USD 5,000,000,000*. This amount reflects the projected financial harm resulting from illicit replication in global hardware supply chains, especially in scenarios involving mass GPU integration or resale of the underlying logic.
In aggravated cases — including resale to semiconductor manufacturers or national-scale AI infrastructure deployment — this penalty increases to USD 10,000,000,000*.
These amounts are not negotiable and are enforceable independently of proof of specific losses. Further legal action (e.g., injunctions, criminal prosecution, or claims for additional damages) remains reserved.
These Terms form part of the binding usage conditions for all access, downloads, and interactions with components delivered or demonstrated by Trauth Research LLC. By accessing the system or requesting a live preview, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this condition.
*Based on the current state and the presently installed Ada Lovelace and Blackwell architectures, the potential annual profit amounts to approximately USD 841 million. The estimated USD 5 billion (for corporate clients) and USD 10 billion (for governmental actors) are derived from a conservative projection over a ten-year period and thus reflect both the realistically lost profit and the strategic market value of the technology. These figures are therefore economically justifiable and legally defensible in the event of a dispute.
